AI-generated insights and recommendations are for informational purposes only and do not constitute financial advice. Always consult a qualified financial professional before making financial decisions.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and code within FinanceAI Pro is the property of Climberforsuccess LLC. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the Service without prior written consent.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms, with or without notice.

10. Limitation of Liability

Climberforsuccess LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
